Success derives from planning, defining sound strategies and proceeding to execution, flawlessly. Let's look at one example: Affiliate Marketing with Strong Financial Future (SFI).

We are at the beginning of February. For some of our team members, this is their third month with SFI. But for most the PSAs, this is their second month. SFI offers many opportunities to excel. We need to be fully aware of them to take advantage of what they offer. For instance, we have the E365 Contest slated to end March 31^st. Now is the time to act decisively if we want to be among the top winners. In two months we can recruit, support and help eight PSAs to grow their businesses and reach the ranks of team leaders. Some of them could even go as far as to the top, as Platinum Team Leaders.

SFI is a business that entails dealing with peoples. Success in sales requires dealing with people. Sponsoring and teaching duplication are essentially an art in communication and building relationships with people.

To avoid the road blocks to success, we should never take personally the rejections we will encounter. They should be stepping stones to the next actions. The more rejections we face, the closer we get to our destination. If we are not facing rejection, it is because we are not doing anything.

Let’s build our success with our own hands. Let’s take massive action in selling, sponsoring and referring e-Commerce affiliates. All the tools we needs are in the Training and Marketing centers.
